Sales and Engineering

NuWay currently has full design and tool making capabilities at all of our manufacturing facilities. At the Corporate Latest CNC Lathe Machine headquarters in Antioch the Sales/Engineering Staff is composed of three (3) technical sales people, two (2) R&D chemists, two (2) tool designers, four (4) tool makers, and three (3) full-time sample builders. Our Franklin Park facility has one (1) technical sales representative, one (1) tool designer/tool maker, one (1) full time sample builder and one (1) R&D textiles engineer. At our Clinton facility we have one (1) technical sales representative, one (1) tool designer, four (4) toolmakers, and two (2) full time sample builders.

We have complete design capabilities at all of our facilities including the electronic transfer of design files. We do almost all of our own tooling in house and all of our tool designs in house. Our tooling equipment includes three (3) CNC lathes, three (4) CNC mills, one (1) wire EDM machine, as well several manual lathes, drills presses, etc.

Our Research & Development efforts include developing new materials for our products that will enhance product performances as well as testing and cataloging existing material properties. We have a Chatillon Force Measurment Test Fixture complete catalog of the material properties

of our paper cone stocks and treatment combinations. We also have the ability to measure the force required to move a spider through its full range of motion and plot that information out in a curve.
