NuWay currently has the ability to produce cones from as small as 3” in diameter to as large as 18” in diameter.  We are manufacturing cones in a variety of materials including paper, cloth and polyproplyene.  Our surrounds are made from Urethane foams, both polyether and polyester, as well as a variety of rubbers, Santoprene and cloth. 

At both our Clinton Facility and our Antioch Facility, we have complete refining operations where we can make our cone papers to specific requirements.  In addition to the traditional cellulose fiber cone papers we are currently incorporating a wide range of synthetic fibers into some of our cone stocks including; carbon fiber, glass fiber, polyproplyene fiber, kevlar fiber, as well as other organic fibers and minerals like Kapok and Mica.
