Clinton Manufacturing Facility

The Clinton Manufacturing Facility has 56,000 square feet under roof, housing the manufacturing area, warehouse, treatment facilities, paper making facilities, tooling making facilities, maintenance and offices.

This facility has been in operation since 1981 making molded cones for International Jensen Incorporated.  We currently are running cones for 7 customers and have the ability to manufacture cones from 2” – 10” round paper, 2” – 12” round poly, and 4” x 6” - 6” x 9” elliptical. 

 We have complete tooling and technical support at the Clinton facilities as well as office personnel to handle all of the clerical duties.  We are currently running to production shifts on a four-day workweek at ten hours per day.  We currently have the ability to produce 20 million cones per year out of this facility and the option of increasing that to 28 – 30 million cones in the same plant with the addition of some equipment.

 This facility was designed with high volume products in mind.  The cone molding equipment is highly automated as well as the attaching machines designed to secure the cone suspension to the diaphragm.  We also have plans underway to incorporate semi-automation into our foam-shaping department, which is responsible for molding all of our urethane foam surrounds.
